REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns window

You may return eligible items within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

2. What can be returned

  • Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement regardless of opening.

3. Items not eligible

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging, labels, or proof of purchase.

  • Gift cards and final clearance items (if any) — unless specifically stated.

4. How to request a return

  1. Email our support team at support@ministryofsillage.com with your order number, photos of the item (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

5. Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

6. Inspection & processing

Once we receive the returned product it will be inspected. If the return meets our policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–14 business days.

7. Refund method & timeline

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–14 business days after we process the refund for the funds to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges & replacements

If you prefer an exchange (different fragrance or replacement), let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, you must follow the returns process above.

10. Faulty or damaged goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact support@ministryofsillage.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for faulty items.
